May 26, 2015 · Keyless entry and keyless start are two different things. Keyless entry allows you to walk up to the car and it will unlock automatically, and touching a small square on the handle will lock the car. As far as I'm aware, you shouldn't be able to lock the key inside as the car will detect it and keep the doors available for unlocking.
