I tried to install the Xcloud app on my Android TV and for my surprise it worked. Xcloud app is not available on Play Store Android TV but you can install the app via USB or File Manager App. I used the app FX File Explorer (it's available on Play Store) and I uploaded the APK, then I installed it on Android TV. My Android TV: Philips Model 5504.
